We have a vision for AutoRek 2020 that is driving everything we do. It is making us rethink the norm and work together to develop what we do, how we do it and where we do it. The vision is to be a globally recognised and not to mention revered data management solution, head-quartered in Scotland.

To do this we need to grow and develop team AutoRek. What is different about our vision is that we want this to be a journey for everyone in the company, we seek engagement from every single person to set the course to achieving our goals and to celebrate with us!

Cruising past Canary Wharf on the Thames in a speedboat while blasting the James Bond theme (I’m not kidding, that actually happened) sticks out to me as being one of my favourite memories of working at AutoRek.

There is great flexibility within the job itself, able to freely move in different areas to get a broader overview.

The company culture is brilliant, with many work nights and days out organised to encourage team bonding. There is a generally a feeling of being part of a family.

I love working at AutoRek because there is a huge variety to the work and you are exposed to many different sectors that allow you to gain good experience.

There are so many perks working for AutoRek. Major events like the company away day to London and gruelling charity challenges, to the smaller things like free coffee and having a 3 monitor setup to work with. I’ve never been as well looked after as an employee.
